This was one of my first few commissions. The customer requested a combination of Thor and Captain America. 

Sculpted with Super Sculpey and Aves Apoxie Sculpt on a Kidrobot 7" Munny and painted with Golden acrylics and Ceramcoat acrylics. Cape made of felt. Front garment and wings made of foam. Hammer and shield made of Aves Apoxie Sculpt.

Completed 08/28/2011.

Really nice work. You use a variety of materials but everything looks so consistent. When do you alternate between Apoxie and Super Sculpey?

For more detailed sculpt, I tend to use Super Sculpey because I have a longer time to work with it. Most of this Munny, Super Sculpey was used. I only used Aves Apoxie Sculpt for the shield, hammer and buttons. Aves Apoxie is stronger, so I used it for the removable buttons.
